Apart from being very friendly, patient and and willing to take lots of time to explain complex housing processes to people who knew nothing (like us), she was also really sincere in ensuring the purchase was a win-win scenario for both buyer and seller (even though she was engaged by the seller!) As she represented the seller, there were no expectations on our part for her to share housing tips e.g. on taking over of electricity bills/the decision to take HDB vs Bank loan, but she went beyond the call of duty and was really prompt in responding to our million queries.
